Special Winter Rates on redfish trips $250.00 for 6hrs and $300.00 for 7hrs, Call for Details!!!!!! 910-264-1807.The Redfish Bite inshore has remained steady into the winter . With the mild temps., the fish are schooling on the flats in large numbers and also cruising the creeks.  Since we have had above normal water temps. the fish are almost in a fall like pattern.  That means when you hook one the fight is on.  Most of the fish have been within the slot limit, so that is a good thing.  There are always a few small ones in the mix as well. We have been catching them on soft plastics on jig heads, Strikeking minnows, D.O.A paddle tails, and Gulp Alive shrimp and minnows. If you want to kick back and relax we will use mud minnows, shrimp, and mullet.  We always have a great time on the water no matter your skill level.  The flounder are gone, but the trout are still hanging in there and we are catching them on a regular basis. Lots of small trout with a few keepers.  We are catching the trout on grubs and mirro-lures. We make having fun and catching fish a priority on every trip.  You do not have to be an expert, beginners welcome.   The fishing is here, where are you? Off the beach has been pretty choppy over the last few weeks. The inshore fishing has been great, fishing the calm waters of the sound has been the way to go.  I am sure there are a few  seabass, toutog, and sharks swimming around just off the shore.  I always make sure you catch fish and have fun. The big boats offshore have had some great catches of king mackerel and bottomfish when they can get offshore.
